Thanks for the feed back guys. :)

It is now a toss up between a new printer or an ext HD,I have been told if I get both she is off. :o

So now I am getting three things,a printer, new ext HD and a new suitcase for.............................. :D

PS, please excuse my spelling as I can't see very well out of one eye.  :lol:

Apologies if it's already been said.

You will find that any external HDD over "about 170GB" will require it's own power supply.

I do however find this a bit of a bind, because it means the power supply is plugged-in and turned on permanently even though the actual HDD may be turned off.
