Only a slip of the finger - you typed 182 instead of 192 in your second line

As I keep getting the same error code, I suppose I can't get my line stats now. Am I right please?

When you try
http://192.168
.2.1, you should see a sign on page. Use Admin for the userid but leave the Password field blank (if there is anything showing then delete it) then press "Enter". You should then see a full screen of data.
It sounds from your previous posts that it's unlikely you have changed any of the default sign on details but if you still fail to reach the data page then you will need to reset the router to the default settings.
