Thanks both.
What I was doing was setting the parameters in uTorrents Scheduler "Time and UL & DL rate"
Which are labelled as KB/s, so that I could have the optimum setting ensuring I did not go over my UL/DL limit at certain times of the day/evening, thus being able to "set-it and forget-it" (VM's Traffic Management "v" oldfogy's traffic management)
(Scheduler in uTorrent enables UL/DL to be either stopped, started or to reduce the BW at specified times.)
So with taking a reading from Net-Limiter, again labelled in KB, I could then work out from how many MB I had uploaded/downloaded, but needed to then convert this back to KB/h.
Result =
A 65KB/s DL setting for the evening duration of 5 hours would ensure I did not go over 1,200MB DL during that period.
And a 38KB/s setting for the UL would also also ensure I did not go over 700MB DL during the same period.
No allowances have been made for a slower UL/DL connection so figures are "safe Maximums"
I know there is also a morning "allowance" but thats different and wont go into that, except the setting works out at DL rate = 138KB/s
Maybe I have gone around this a long way, I don't know, but it now works and was the only way I could think of doing it without having to monitor it over a long period.
Hope that makes sense.
