BT Router Stats.
« on: September 06, 2008, 12:00:30 PM »

Why is my router showing online time and line up time as two different times.

Your Voyager is connected to Broadband and you can now surf the Internet. If you have subscribed to Broadband Voice then you will be able to make telephone calls on one or both lines depending on your service subscription.

 Connection Status Refresh
Online Time 5 days 7 hours 9 mins 29 secs
 Data Transmitted 1570170000 bytes
 Data Received 2973734992 bytes

 Broadband Voice Status
Status: Your Broadband Voice service is disabled now. You will not be able to make Broadband Voice calls
Phone 1: Broadband Voice is not connected.
Phone 2: Broadband Voice is not connected.

More details can be found in the Advanced...|Status menu.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Line Mode G.DMT   Line State Show Time
Latency Type Interleave   Line Up Time 94:00:34:22
Line Coding Trellis On   Line Up Count 2

 Statistics Downstream Upstream
Line Rate 1856 Kbps 448 Kbps
Noise Margin 10.4 dB 12.0 dB
Line Attenuation 63.5 dB 31.5 dB
Output Power 17.5 dBm 12.4 dBm

Edit,I have been away from the 31st August till 4th September,so where has the 5 day 7 hours come from?

I would say that line up time is the time that the router has been connected to the exchange, and online time is the time you have been logged on to your ISP. So presumably your PPP session (with the ISP) was interrupted 5 days ago.
