Well - that unfortunately is the risk we take with these things - but you only read about the bad ones.

They have over 7 million connected premises, they can't all be bad.

I really hope they do the job tidy and professional work.  I will have to make sure of this job in high quality. But don't know why it metion external work? Should be inside work?

I suppose it's a bit of both as they need to take the fibre from the installed outside junction to the inside before installing the ONT.

Naturally, far less people are going to bother to post on the forums to tell everyone what a stellar job they did.

If you base on forum posts, no company ever does a good job.

MJ Quinn guy did my install, no problems - nice fella  :)
They do FTTP installs day in and day out, it is a nice easy steady job for them!

Very bad weather now in my area.  Look like no FTTP tomorrow if they did cancel due to snow but hopefully they can come Saturday if can't come tomorrow.

2 more hours to go until engineer come today 8am to 1pm to activated FTTP. I hope he/she will turn up, if not, then I do fully understand of their own safety in snow today. But, if today was cancelled due to snow, was wondering how long for next appointment, hope not pushed back to next Friday January 16th.

Wish me luck today but really exciting for new Full Fibre!
