Your choice but could always read one of the hundreds of threads on this on here, ThinkBroadbrand, ISPReview, ISPs' own forums and in between reading them spend the one life you have on more fulfilling things. I'm not going to answer the questions as many others already have and I can't condone anyone else taking their time to. This isn't an exotic, unique and new situation. It's an overhead fibre install. Nothing more, nothing less and the existing copper route is, as with most other installs like this, irrelevant.
