I think the login email on that is the same as on https://2hi.co.uk:2443/siteworx/ (but different passwords). Is that the one you are trying?

The problem must be at your end as no one else has reported being unable to reach the server. I'm getting all my usual emails which come through that server.

Right that's interesting as I had some emails through yesterday on Thunderbird but none today.

Well wasted another day.
I still have my ADSL2 connection, so I disconnected FTTP and pfSense firewall and setup the ADSL2 connection using the Eclipse supplied years ago router, got an internet connection.

Tried pinging 31.220.111.196 also 2hi.co.uk

they worked this morning but seem to ping sometimes but other 100% loss though out the day.

Some of my Thunderbird and phone emails worked then stopped.

Again sometimes I could log onto https://www.havehosts.co.uk/billing/ Then sometimes not.
Cannot log onto my account at all https://2hi.co.uk:2443/siteworx/?action=login

Going back later to FTTP through my pfSense box and see if any difference.

Got to get dinner ready now.

Well I can not ping 31.220.111.196 through my firewall on FTTP connection, even though I thought I had set up an allow rule for 31.220.111.196
But I can not understand what's blocking it.

But
I can ping 31.220.111.196 on my spare laptop on ADSL" connection

Got problems with pfSense blocking 31.220.111.196 to John server, going to make a separate post for that.

I commented in post 95 that 31.220.111.196 had been black listed by Rats spam

31.220.111.196 is On the list (Worst Offender — Manual review required)

This IP is part of a network listed on the RATS-Spam blocklist as a Worst Offender.

Automatic removal is not available.

I have to be different 

Got a feeling if my pfSense uses that in the blocking lists, that's probably why my firewall is blocking John's server.
How I un-block my firewall I have no idea.

Update.
Taken my pfSense firewall out of use as I cannot see how it's blocking access to 2hi even though I have made a 'Pass' through rule.
So set up a FTTP router and connected that to my network.

I can now get emails on my laptop,   wife's phone, my phone being older looks like I have got to delete each email account and reinstall them. 

I can log onto my Doc 2 Disc account But Can Not log on to my email account
