AAISP L2TP Changes

So it seems they changed Light to Business Light last month and without warning switched me from the Light package onto Domestic.  I only just noticed as I happened to check the direct debit this month.

Its so unlike AAISP to do something like this completely without warning.

That's the thing, Light is £2/month, Domestic is £10/month.

Indeed they did.  I wonder if they got confused what package I was supposed to be on as when I downgraded to Light it never seemed to apply the speed reduction to the L2TP profile.

They did credit me today (first chance they got due to the bank holiday) for the incorrect billing and switched me back to Light, so all is well.
