My mate can't afford Openreach to charged him if fill the form (openreach form) or was it completed free?

Why would they charge anything?  Openreach want to do the work but they need your friend to get the building owner, managing agent, or legal representative to fill in the form to give them permission to do the work.

I actually filled the form in with my leas lords details! Don't know if it had any bearing but did get fibre, Eventually!

Thanks I will tell my mate to get this form filled by his housing landlord to Openreach.

My mate flat number 141 is now confimed by Openreach Fibre Checker as order soon  look like it now waiting for BTw Checker to changed FTTPoD to FTTP

I strongly recommend caution. If the FTTP availability changes to: Multi Dwelling Unit Residential MDU Built to Curtilage External Build required still doesn't indicate wayleave is in place. Openreach are now taking orders from some MDU residents once they've built to the curtilage / property boundary and will need wayleave permission to build the network from there. A simple order and install in a week or two it is not.
