Do you actually have a public IP address?  Does the router block ping packets?

Haven't done anything to block it, did some other tests else where and they showed no packet lost.
Router is and was a TP Link AX55 Pro, and haven't made any changes to it, either.

It was working before then?  Could your public IP address have changed?

They're using IPV6 now, so it's a possibility, so I've started a new one. So i'll check tomorrow and see if it better.
But I never got it to work with my Plusnet so if it red again tomorrow I'll cancel.
As I have no actual issues, it was just a nice to have monitor if there where any.

Update: Yep to different ip addresses on the two monitors. So may be too dynamic for TBB to handle.

So all wotking again!
Ping on WAN wasn't ticked! Don't know how that happened! :hmm: :hmm: :shrug2: :shrug2:
Changed the IP from V6 to V4 as this seems to be the static one.
