It's my fault really because I thought it say uncapped speed, unlimiited and a quick look at T&C's as I miss out that wording not allow in home broadband. But, lucky me, mozillion let me off and cancelled it because of DSR online 14 days can cancel it.

Back to square one, SoGEA 80/20 will be fine as long it cheaper! As for VM - BIG NO! Got to find the right ISP now. Wasted my 43.20 pound to put cease on the line (fee payable to BTwholesale)  :(

There is social tariffs on some ISPs.  These tend to have more protections as well, not just a price subsidy.

Aquiss ISP

First six months will be 18 pound a month then after that will be 36 a month for the remaining 6 months.

I did noticed something very odd with BTw checker. When I was with UnchainedISP for Sogfast for the last 12 months - BTw checker never changed on G.fast Range A (Clean) 183.4 145.7 25.4 10 125.1 Green Green last checked on 04-12-2024. And now it all changed first time for 12 months - G.fast Range A (Clean) 227.4 170.8 33.4 14.5 148 Unavailable Green from today checker 06-12-2024.

The VDSL Range A remain the same as before 80 75.5 20 19 68.8 Unavailable Available

Two BTw checker are use with top one is Access Line ID when Sogfast was on it with Zyxel Gfast Router without Openreach Gfast Modem, bottom one is Address Only as the Access Line ID is no longer in use (cos of Sogfast was inactive) last bottom the BTw checker with Openreach Gfast modem got the higher sync rate than Zyxel Gfast router. (different chipset I suppose)

Unless I'm reading it incorrectly the unlimited data part is for 6 months only.

Look like many mobile providers isn't happy about people's using SIM in router broadband. I am glad I have signed up with Aquiss ISP for Family Fibre 80/20 for now until FTTP come (more likely in 2026)

I was under the impression it was illegal for them to block the use of their services in routers, or is it just they can't stop you using your phone as a hot spot/tethered?
