Broadband Checker Not Working ??

Hi all.

Is it me?  Or has the broadband checker stopped working, every time I try with valid details I get the same error:
Error connecting to database. Please try again.
Possible causes are incorrect phone no or postcode or the system is busy

Can anyone shed some light on this?  The details do work and have worked in the past, but for the last couple of days this seems to be the error I am getting.

I'm sorry about this. There are several issues with the site as a result of a mishandled server upgrade. Kitz pays the hosting company for a premium service but doesn't get it. I think you should assume that this is not going to be fixed in the foreseeable future, and use the Openreach checker instead.

I tried the BT Wholesale checker a few days ago and that wasn't working either.  I tend to not use the Openreach as that doesn't tell you what BTW offers in your area which is usually the limitation for what an ISP offers.
