Hi

The haveworx platform is currently offline and we are looking into it

It maybe that I need to call at the datacentre but this would be tommorow or I may look to see if it is quicker to restore to 7hi platform

I suspect we have had a hard drive failure at 9.01PM tonight but remote hands are looking into it for me

I will update tommorow but apologise for outage

Thank you for the update - I couldn't collect emails this morning, or login to the platform, so this is the first place I checked.

Hope you get it sorted quickly, and it doesn't impact your weekend.

Is this fully sorted now ?.

I have problems with some of my emails not being received and if I send an email from that address to it's self, it come through blank with no header and no 'Message Source'. 

Using Thunderbird.
