Hi Folks,
Came across a you tube video of using this to replace the VM router as it has it's own built in ONT.

Yes, I have one on my VM 2Gbps symmetric service. Works perfectly and no Hub5x in sight...

You can also replace the OR ONT too but you need a different SFP for that.

Thanks, dee.jay, full understand the differences PON and GXS-PON etc.
Was wondering What sort of router you had used?
Self made OPnsense type or SFP+ off the shelf sort?
