If you butter both sides and drop the slice on the floor, would it stop justshort of the floor and start spinning, confused as to which side lands facing down. :hmm:

(think I've been reading too much Terry Pratchet)

Other wise cheese on toast, one half with black pepper the other half with white  :yum:

Toasters are OK, but I find that the cheese keeps sliding off the bread.  :-\

Floydy,

It's not rocket science, Turn the toaster on its side!  ::)
Then the clamp that normally holds the bread in place will keep the cheese in place.  8)

I know its a fine line getting moderation right.. especially when theyve gone from zero when the trolls took over.... but all this fuss over putting up a link to another site.

Crikey you'd think they'd learn which side their bread was buttered on and just who the contributors were that were keeping their forums running whilst they left it to run to ruin.
Mike is one of the most valuable contributors they have.

What I find unbelievable is that the trolls were allowed to get away scott free, yet they quite happily risk upsetting the regs who help their users day in day out.  :-\

Another Terry Pratchett fan? I've just order three more to read, nearly completed the whole series.

"What shall we do now?" asked Twoflower.
"Panic?" said Rincewind.

Well said Kitz.

Balanced Moderating isn`t the easiest thing in the world, what seems to be really lacking is Common Sense.

It seems that they simply just delete/lock posts & threads whenever it suits them. Even though they don`t breech CA/VNU`s T&Cs.

Anyone who has been a Mod will know you`ll get some stick at some point from members.

Looks like they`ve lost another member (if I read moxy`s post correctly) or he`ll likely be banned...

http://forums.computeractive.co.uk/thread.jspa?threadID=141746&tstart=0&messageID=1112933#1112933

They`ll have no one left soon.

Regards.
