Actually, you can ignore that date. They seemingly stick that date on everything now. I had that email a month ago and last week I ordered FTTP from AAISP...

And much better than dreading DLM on ADSL2 / FTTC and G.fast lol  :P

I believed FTTP is no DLM at all?

I concur with this. Having had FTTP since early January this year, my connection has been rock solid. My old FTTC line was troublesome at times, resulting in me frequently checking stats, running speedtests, reporting faults. With FTTP, all that has gone away. To be honest, my broadband is just silently working in the background and I don't even think about it anymore. That's how it should be, right  :)

Don't worry, Windows has a habit of throwing a spanner in the works with NIC problems or the whole network stack crashing.

Which site you trust more?

Enter my post code in this link https://api.superfastmaps.co.uk/fibrecities/3.0/ Result: You're powered by Cuckoo Oak Exchange - We don't have any major plans to build in this exchange.
Enter my post code in this link https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband/ultrafast-full-fibre-broadband Result: Build planned between now and Dec-2026

As we know there are two exchanges in my area ADSL & ADSL2 by Cuckoo Oak Exchange which very closer to my property TF7 to TF7, while FTTC, G.fast and FTTP by Wellington Exchange with very long distance away from my house TF7 to Wellington TF1.

I'd be inclined to place more trust in the Openreach site.
