Is anyone experiencing issues with John servers Havehosts ?

Johns phones are down, no nameservers working doesn't look good.

I know several Kitz users use this service D2D4j . You need to act quickly to save your domains.

I don't know what you've done (or not done) but everything is absolutely fine here.

Are you on the 7hi server?

No response on either havehosts.co.uk or haveworx.co.uk for me either. As luck would have it I moved my domain and email from havehosts to A&A last weekend. Exchanged a few messages with John about this move but no hint of any impending issues.

I can't reach https://www.havehosts.co.uk, however...

I can still log in to the domain control panel at https://7hi.co.uk:2443/siteworx/

I'm still getting emails through (including notifications from these forums of replies to this topic).

My website is still accessible.

Well you seem lucky, however you maybe getting the benefit of cached credentials? Have you checked your DNS records? With something like mx.com

I've checked it using https://mxtoolbox.com

Apart from warnings about slowish connection times all looks OK.

I notice you commented about haveworx - my domain was moved from that to 7hi many, many months ago.

Edit: I understood from John that haveworx was going to be retired as it is rather long in the tooth. I needed to be moved because of needing a more recent php version.

Yes, I was aware that some domains moved, but mine (until last weekend) remained on haveworx, as it would appear have some others. I received no communication regarding a move to 7hi.
