Has anyone encountered this issue or know why my Zyxel router would record odd ping of death attacks from my devices going to the Internet? Definitely not bot owned as they are: my iPhone, my Homepod, my Ring doorbell.

Most of the destination IPs belong either to BT, Vodafone, or Amazon.
