A while back I tried to update my existing Fritzbox to a 7590AX but it was a German only edition which I returned.
Today I’ve just purchased an international version of 7590AX and everything goes well until I try to get access via my provider Zen. All details entered ok but I get this error: “The internet connection check failed. The internet service provider is not responding to PPPoE packets. Repeat the test at a later point in time.”
I tried an online chat with zen and the guy says there’s nothing he can do and talk to Fritzbox (AVM) as zen preload their stuff onto the Fritzbox 🙄. I’ve switched back to my 7530 box but surely there’s something I’m missing here or is it really not workable?
