Hi Everyone, Thank you again for all your replies on this. My house is just 2 years old and I've always been the only occupant. It could maybe be a typing error because I believe that, even though we are on different exchanges, my number begins with 38 whereas the other person's begins with 30. The rest of our numbers is the same.
If this is the case, does anyone know how it could be fixed?
Maybe if I tried another provider they might be more interested.
I am still able to access the internet via payg with Orange. I had no problems until I tried to upgrade to broadband.
