Magnetic Charging cables
« on: July 24, 2023, 07:26:53 PM »

Hello again folks, long time since I was here, I have an interesting problem for you, for a few years I have been using magnetic charging cables plugged into an installed electric double socket with  sockets, trouble free for a couple of years at least, now when I plug in phone or tablet they discharge power rather than charging if I use the charging cables provided the devices charge ok, can anyone explain.

Cotton swabs and contact cleaner perhaps?  Those kind of connections are likely more exposed to getting dirty/oily.
