Apparently it is nothing to do with WiFi - it is all dependent on 4G/5G signal. 2G/3G not supported.

Also the "must have had a firmware update in the last 2 years" is likely to be a problem for people who don't upgrade their phones often.

Never received the alert at all... even tho I'd received a prior test alert.
