County Broadband - any experience?

Hi Kitizens,
County Broadband are trying to drum up interest in my area for FTTP, which they call Real Fibre Broadband, see
https://countybroadband.co.uk/
They seem to have variable reviews on TrustPilot for their customer service, see
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.countybroadband.co.uk
I wonder if anyone here has used them?
Kind regards,
Tony

That's my only experience I have had with them, But I did buy a redundant 'Edimax RG21S' router off a lady who had gone on there FTTP from Microwave/wireless set-up and she praised them for there smooth installation and the FTTP product.
Were are you located. ?
