Is anyone else getting nat problems on their BT connection?
« on: October 31, 2022, 01:52:14 PM »

I'm getting a few nat issues today.

First it was on the PS5 saying nat failed. I've looked on the BT forum site and noticed other people are also having the same issue.

Then I've just been running a scan with Malwarebytes on the computer and part of the scan is it checks for updates, but this time it failed.

So is anyone else on a BT connection (not sure if its OR-wide) getting nat problems?

At work there are quite a few tickets flowing in from people not able to connect to online services (Zoom etc). All BT customers, so something is definitely awry somewhere.

On one of the BT Community threads some of the users were talking about the back end links in Manchester not fully falling back on its alternative routes. So traffic that needed routing to the US-UK was falling in to a black hole.

BT acknowledged the issue.

It seems to have been fixed.
