Plusnet Full Fibre has been available since the 25th of May but only if you phoned in, nothing showed up on the website, a very half-baked product launch. the other problem is not being able to port your number out to VOIP although it appears at least one user has managed to do it by some fluke. This is going to loose them a lot of customers who will move to BT or other suppliers who have a phone service with FTTP.
