I'm on zen 300 and despite the "lifetime charge" thing the bill changes prices every month

march
Receipt   Direct Debit   -62.72   31-Mar-2022
vs feb (charged in march, which is confusing sometimes)
Receipt   Direct Debit   -60.01   03-Mar-2022
vs jan
Receipt   Direct Debit   -63.91   31-Jan-2022
vs dec
Receipt   Direct Debit   -66.05   01-Dec-2021

This is zen 300 + line rental + ex directory so it gets quite expensive.

FTTP 900 is supposed to be £10 more but they quoted £95 for some reason despite a "long term customer" loyalty discount which seems to be £0.

Cost of calls? Broadband element is fixed. Call charges obviously depend on package and usage.

By way of an update, my Aquiss FTTP 300/50 FTTP service was installed three weeks ago and (tempting fate here) it hasn't missed a heartbeat.

My ONT is connected to a Fritz!Box 4060AX router and a Fritz!Repeater 3000, and I am getting near 300/50 speeds around my home. The 4060AX also has an inbuilt DECT base station which is connected to AAISP's VOIP phone service.
