Since the twist needs to be shortened to get higher speeds, that defeats the object; if you have to replace the tp with better tp that has shorter twists, then you might as well install fibre instead. And the fibre would be faster, more future proof and more reliable in two respects: no distance-dependant performance and interference-proof.
