Over in the "Black Country" (Tipton, West Bromwich & Rowley Regis area) we have or had a group of pubs which is/was owned by Tom O'Rouk (more commonly known as Mad O'Rouk) and if you ate a whole "Mad Cow Pie" you were issued a certificate. (But you still had to pay for the meal)

I have a few.
But I doubt if I could eat a whole one now.  :silly:

Also in one of his pubs, you could have your ashes interned into the bar when you died complete with a brass plaque.
Hence the name "Mad O'Rouk"
