Full Fibre Timeouts?

Hi I keep getting timeouts on my zen 300 full fibre line? Been fine for over a year, 24/7 reliability, now since yesturday it's timing out every 12 hours, today timing out every 20 mins. Can't figure out why? Any advice before ringing Zen up?

My upload speed has dropped way low:

I rebooted the modem and it connected instantly then dropped out 5 mins later...

I've had a look on zen, there's planned maintenance in my area code on the 27th, but nothing I could see for now, some of the outage service bulletins don't list an an area though.

The problem appears to be that periodic re-negotiations of PPPoE session are timing out. Your FRITZ!Box router clearly logs those failures. You need to report that to Zen and let them have a copy of the router's log.

As you have a FTTP service, there is no modem. The powered Openreach "gubbins" is an Optical Network Terminal (ONT).

It was probably just "one of those things" that time healed.
