master socket

I repaired my master socket, but I used cat 6 wires inside the master socket in jelly crimps, to terminate it inside to terminal A/B.
Could this cause issues with the DLM? I am getting full Sync speed.

Not really enough information there of what exactly you did to repair it, but if it was done right then I don't see why it would be a problem.

so the telephone cable was cut too short in the master socket, I extended the wires using cat 6 wires inside the master socket with jelly crimps.

Cat 6 is a bit OTT for the job, but it'll be no better or worse than the original.

it was too thick to push in the jelly crimp. had to spend ages pushing it in to get it past the conductor inside.
