Good that they are, finally, offering higher speeds.

The 9000 will need to be very keenly priced.

I have the full spec of them but have been asked not to publicise it yet so that the number of enquiries is limited.

That might be optimistic. A 200G box is less than £2000 elsewhere. However meaty the 9000 is it'll be confined to 10G in, 10G out. We'll see if companies are willing to pay a premium for CQM and the high standard of support. Unless it comes in below £500 it's not going to be able to stand up as a router on throughput, and not that much more and it's outperformed as a BRAS/LNS significantly.

Tricky time to launch it.
