Hi
Many thanks burakkucat and sorry, I do not normally post large but thought it best in this instance.
Jelv - your post of failure is different to Tickmike and would be a number of reasons, such as their sending servers had an issue, or there were a break in the datastream between the sending/receiving servers or the sending server was listed in RBL/SRBL and connection refused. It is not uncommon for Banks to be listed as every mail provider are listed at some point in time.
Tickmike failure is beyond our control which ends at the point of delivery to the receiving mail server accepting the email. We are not in control over their systems. So the fact it has been correctly delivered and accepted indicates there is nothing wrong with our platforms and is usually a form of spam filter (content) which is then sending it to spam.
It could just be that the recipient has inadvertently classed the sender email as spam (I have seen this happen many times over the years - yes, even been stood next to clients as they block add email as spam with a genuine email they wanted in the middle of the block)
It is also important to note that email is not a guaranteed medium for delivery as there are many failure points.
It is also not uncommmon for bank emails to be classed as phising emails and stoppped, even genuine bank emails as the spammers/bad people try hard to match the banks email, so the systems find it hard to detect the difference in hash values and we are cautious, so even if it is genuine but classed as phising, it is stopped which is better then having your bank account emptied
Many thanks
John
