Hi Kitzens,

Seems there's a MSO at Talktalk as a few people locally to me have no internet access. I'm with Uno BB and can't use the net since my service is provided by TT Wholesale. Is anyone else having issues? If I do a reboot of my VMG8924-B10A, the Internet LED flashes red for a split second and never comes back on although I do have a solid orange sync LED on.

@whassis @boultsstudio @TalkTalk Hi just wondering if your Internet is still down? Concerned it might just be mine after all this time! I'm north Norfolk too and I have had no response from talk talk.

@_k4lly @TalkTalk my internet is down in downham market. Would be helpful if I could contact you, called 3 times and tried the live chat. Great customer service.

@gemlouisedrew @Dannie55781344 @TalkTalk I'm in the PE32 area and mine - as well as several others - has been off since 2pm yesterday. They keep telling me there's no outage in my area and want to run diagnostic checks on my line ? there's clearly a bigger problem than a dodgy router here, but they wont listen to me ?

@rix_jack @Hhhhhhh74314524 @TalkTalk TalkTalk fibre is down in Downham Market for me. Seems to be problems all over West Norfolk. TalkTalk support stopped responding to me over Twitter DM also.

@gemlouisedrew @oliw @TalkTalk I just keep getting told by them there's no outage in my area. 25 hours without internet for myself and others would suggest otherwise...

Update 11:00 AM 16th January - Openreach are on with repair work, splicing new Fibre connections, there has been more damage identified which they believe this to be malicious damage.
