The draytek WAN ports (2) are 1000mb/s each as are the 5 Lan ports.
The limiting factor would be the firewall throughput at 300mb/s
That said, I think you would be hard pressed to notice the difference between 300 and 500 speeds download but would notice a small speed increase in 50 to 70 upload, subject to the system you are uploading been able to cope with a upload speed of 70mb/s.
We went with BT 300/50 as it suits our needs easily and that's just a few pounds cheaper then BT 950/100 but this was based on we look after clients on 950/100 and most speed is not used.
