I think most of the regs here would quite happily move to FTTP. It's a shame that there are some people for whom stats does become a bad habit and rather than using stats for diagnostics, seem to want 100% perfection. Its sad because it can give tools a bad name when they are not used as intended (eg DMTtool). I'm not aware of any of the kitz regs who would not move to FTTP other than for financial reasons. There's not really that much tinkering you can do and DLM has most of the control.
