I use a Realtek USB lan utility dongle to access internet on both a PC and laptop. I am having problems with the laptop as dongle will not connect to router. It has in the past and I managed to connect for a short time over the last couple of days.
I have run windows diagnostic which says utility is switched off but can't switch on. The router is not showing in dongle settings. Settings on dongle are same as PC which connects without any difficulties. Laptop has W10.
Any suggestions?
