TBH Ive lost a lot of confidence in the ST/TG routers since Thomson seems to have taken over the show. Ive put in 3 support requests which theyve never bothered to answer at all. I was also meant to be trialling one of their routers, and even the Thomson rep* who was supposed to be in charge and monitoring doesnt even bother to give feedback these days. The TG585v7 is also the only router that has ever died on me... and no it wasnt anything I did or messed around with.
