Hi all, I recently decided to run an Internet Radio Station and I was wandering do I need a microphone or can I broadcast music off my soundcard. And yes, yes I do play requested songs  ;D

Yes you will need a mic, of which will be plugged into your sound card.

You'll need a mic, if you want to talk. If not, you don't need one!

How you going to run it? Shoutcast is a good start if you don't have any suggestions yourself!

Will do!

Is it repeating the current song? As it did disconnect a while back after the track finished?

Try using QuickTime as it worked in that as well.

Or VLC media player:-

Its working good!

When I ran one once I used the Line In connection and ran a cable from the Sound Out to the Line in and configured it that way, whats your setup?
