I definitely think its referring to "some" areas of the exchange will take that long, whereas most may be done much much sooner.

I've just noted that the main exchange in the centre of Leeds, Basinghall, is also getting FTTP.

So definitely worth taking that stuff with a mountain of salt: it's clearly not authoritative or up to date.

Showing as red and work to be completed between April 2021 and 2026.   
Despite the fact most of the town is complete and has been live for nearly a year..

I just went on the map today and my area is now covered.

It's part of the 'To be built between April 2021 and December 2026' section.

Here is the latest October list: Openreach October 2021
