The subject title says Giganet but your post says gigaclear
They are 2 very different companies.
Giganet sell both residential and business services over OpenReach. They have aggressively targeted the FTTP market and have unbundled the likes of Salisbury and other FTTP Priority exchanges.
Giganet also offer business services over CityFibre's network.
Gigaclear build their own fibre network. They mainly target rural areas and have a few BDUK contracts.
If Giganet are coming, it's probably OpenReach FTTP or CityFibre.
If it's Gigaclear then they are a bit more expensive, but another option over OpenReach FTTC
Edit: My guess is it's Giganet (over CityFibre) and not Gigaclear.
CityFibre FTTP offers a decent choice of providers, and cheaper than OpenReach FTTP.
