Mac Mini G4 and core 2 duo

So I have managed to get the above on eBay, and I'm looking at reinstalling osx tiger or leopard on them.

I have found a netinstall DMG on Macintosh garden dot org but how can I get this onto a USB?

I could just install Gentoo and forget about osx.
