Anyone else read this as the speed cap is only on 5g?

It certainly reads that way, but it doesn't make sense - it implies that someone using a 4G device would get unlimited speeds, but if you change to 5G, you're limited to 2Mbits/s ?

Maybe it just means you're unlikely to get those speeds if you're not using 5G...

That's the way I'm reading it so I think the cap is irrespective of 3G/4G/5G.
