How long is a piece of string? A lot of us face the same quandary.

Looking at the map here (Scroll down) - appears Rhyl's build is "to commence in the next 3 months"

Not sure how often that map is updated. My area has show the same but work has been ongoing for at least a month.

I have a set of 6 fixed IP's From  Eclipse  isp.BT ADSL2(G992.3) line>HG612 as a Modem, Bridge, WAN Not Bound to LAN1 or 2 + Also have FTTP (G.984) No One isp Fixed IP >Dual WAN pfSense (Hardware Firewall and routing).> Two WAN's, Ethernet LAN, DMZ LAN, Zyxel GS1100-24 Switch.

I just checked the date I noticed mine was put back on as "next 3 months", it was 5 months ago and still saying "next 3 months".

Although I did get feedback from the Project Manager via Openreach in November who said:

At the moment we are looking to start building the network from the start of 2021, however the build programme does run through to mid 2022 at the moment and we cannot say exactly where your premise sits in the build until we undertake access surveys – which begin early 2021.
