Hi all

so I had the issue where my 8924 wouldn't respond to Think Broadband Firebrick servers (Line Quality Monitor) which I was able to resolve on my 8924 - but my mates sky Q-box doesn't respond even though (as in TBB's instructions for sky) the RESPOND TO PING ON WAN PORT was already ticked?

does anyone know how he can get it working?
