Hi guys n gals 

I've set up a think broadband line quality monitor and getting 100% packet loss meaning the router (ZyXEL VMG8924-B10A) is not responding, is it possible to set it to do so>?

Can anyone help, please?

P.S. I Use Comodo Internet Security which has a powerful firewall on...might be that?

This works for me:
Maintenance > remote MGMT > Trusted Domain tab
80.249.99.164/28
78.129.174.185
One of those IP's is for TBB the other is f8lure.mouselike.org

Maintenance > remote MGMT
Tick box = ICMP Trusted domain

yeah i got it off TBB in the end they have a list - thing is there was a tick on my 3getho and I ticked VDSL too , should I untick VDSL?

yeah u need VDSL ticked too - unticked and non responded to iCMP

i also didnt have to TRUST DOMAIN... just checked VDSL and IMCP under WAN

in fact its greyed out for me? (under TRUST DOMAIN for IMCP)

The difference there is the router will now respond to any ICMP ping, not just from TBB.

I believe you need to add the trusted domain before you can tick that box.

Not sure if this is relevant to your BQM issue.
I had the same situation when changing from a ZyXEL VMG1312-B10A modem/router setup to VMG-3925-B10B router/1312-B10A modem configuration, solution listed in this post:

Note from later entries in the post that it's now working, hopefully this will remain the case, my 3925-B10B used to work for a while after each re-configuration but then stopped responding, the solution as listed was a complete cure only minor annoyance being that it won't survive a router re-boot.
