Resync at 2AM every couple of nights Sync speed increasing.
« on: April 02, 2021, 02:06:33 AM »

I’ve recently switched from SKY to BT and since switching I’ve noticed that every few nights there seems to be a resync at about 1:55AM. Each time the SNR ratio goes down a bit . From 6.1 to 6.0 and now down to 5.1. Each time there is a jump in sync speed. Is this normal?

Yes that is normal on Huawei cabinets, as long as your line can support it, it will decrease in stages to 3dB, each decrease will give a speed increase.

BT uses a lower Stability Level profile than Sky.
This change of profile may also have had something to do with DLM seeing your line as stable enough to be able to perform at the lower 'x'dB rate.
