Thank you. All is now clear  . . . From NIHB_P1 and its Huawei equipped fibre twin, the metallic pathway goes to Helens Bay and the glass pathway goes to Bangor.

That's why I mentioned the PCP cabinet 1 was connected directly to Helens Bay Exchange encase Blacksheep was seeing that, and to be honest any OR engineer (only 2 in 11 years) that came to this house for a Broadband issues just assumed the fiber/glass was coming from NIHB to FTTC cab.
