I have installed 20H2 but now i can not get BitComet to download any films. Does any one know why.

Not the exact same issue as you have, but this was resolved by reverting to an older version of Bit Comet - https://www.cometforums.com/topic/12801721-bitcomet-ver-173-upload-speed-suddenly-drops-to-zero-some-time-after-starting/

You might try Properties of the Bit Comet file and running the Compatibility Troubleshooter. The resolution may be setting an earlier version of Windows.
