Night testing routines still happen and of course, ports can lock up once temporarily disabled by the test system.
Conversely, the opposite can occur.
During LLU bulk migration, you would maybe get 1 in 96 circuits that would lock-up when performing the final 'Eclipse Test' ... however, it would free itself up after a short while. Your own situation sounded like a potential TAMS lock-up, which is totally different (see above post) ??
