OK, so that would leave your line at 92.17% DS synch/data ratio which is very much consistant with G.Inp DS re-tx high profile expectation.
It's up to you now if you wish to try and "encourage" DLM to change the line re-tx profile to low once 3dB DS SNRM has been achieved again, assuming your line will sustain that profile, or you are quite happy with the current DS data rate.

From your original stat's, your line is relatively short and you already achieve very reasonable DS synch speed and don't appear to be badly effected by cross talk on your 80/20 provision service, may not be worth the effort?

When you change ISPs the line profile is reset so may take a while to return to where it was before, especially if you had less than 6dB SNRm (6dB is still the standard target).
Only if there is a material change such as Back-haul  WMBC >>GEA or vice versa,When i migrated from Plusnet to Zen, I was the back haul type didn't change BTW,so no loss of sync only PPPOE session once Zen was activated on the BTW system, and they both used the  BTW STANDARD DLM policy, As any change in that initiates a DLM reset too, or it used to

Another update....a couple of days ago my target SNR dropped again to 3dB and sync was back to 80Mb.  IP Profile was set to 74Mb.

Another resync this morning and profile now shows to be at 77.5Mb.  Is this Re-Tx low?

74/80*100 = 92.5%
77.5/80*100 = 96.87%

Think it would be safe to say that today's DLM re-synch has changed you line G.Inp Re-Tx profile to low.
